Victor Rust, the main graphic designer studied Fine Art in Cape Town. He has vast experience regarding graphic design, audio visual, video, printing etc. Formerly the Manager for Multimedia in the Premier’s Office. During the ten years he worked for the Premier‘s Office he was responsible for the corporate image of the entire provincial government which included the production of brochures, pamphlets, posters, publications, videos etc. for all departments. INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE - Attended an IT Strategic Planning & Project Management course at the University of Singapore - September 2000.

- March 2001 - Third Global Government Forum in Naples, Italy as the representative of Limpopo on e-government.
- July 2002 - E-Government workshop in Malta
- March 2003 - E-business course at the University of Singapore
- June 2003 - Lotus Global Government Forum in Stockholm, Sweden
COMPETITION - Winner of national competition to design a logo for Westrand Regional Services Council.
- Won a national logo design competition for the Waterberg FET College August 2005.
- One of the finalists who designed the new emblem for the Parliament of South Africa in 2007.
